Tracy-Locke is looking for an Account Director to join our team!

 

The Account Director’s primary responsibilities consist of owning the business. We are looking for a strong leader to manage the clients demands in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Owns and cultivates Executive level client relationships.
  • Authority of client’s brands, commerce landscape and competitive landscape.
  • Highly effective team leader.
  • Strong understanding of Shopper Media and Digital Shelf/Ecommerce.
  • High level of cross-functional discipline collaboration.
  • Participates in SOW negotiations and team staffing.
  • Team Leader.
  • Highly organized.
  • Leads internal brainstorms and high-level agency partnerships/IAT.
  • Supports and defends agency POV in all client communications.
  • Brings new and innovative thinking to business.
  • Manages the development of the full account team.
  • High level of fiscal accountability.
  • Owns client stewardship reports and provides analysis.
  • Responsible for organic growth.
  • Supervises & Mentors Account Supervisors, Sr. AE/AE/AAE (where applicable).
  • Embodies the values of agency.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS (business/marketing related courses) or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Awards a plus.
  • 10+ years agency experience.
  • Proficient in Keynote.
  • Strong undertsanding of Shopper Media and Digital Shelf/Ecommerce.

At the time of posting, a reasonable estimate of the base salary of this role is $100k-$105k. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. This is an exempt position. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
