Tracy-Locke is looking for an Account Director to join our team!

 

The Account Director's primary responsibilities consist of owning the business. We are looking for a strong leader to manage the clients demands in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Owns and cultivates Executive level client relationships.
  • Authority of client’s brands, commerce landscape and competitive landscape.
  • Highly effective team leader.
  • Knows when to engage Planning and Analytics.
  • High level of cross-functional discipline collaboration.
  • Leads strategy development.
  • Participates in SOW negotiations and team staffing.
  • Starts participating in New Business pitches.
  • Supervises & Mentors Account Supervisors, Sr. AE/ AE/AE/AAE (where applicable). 
  • Actively recruits new talent. 
  • Embodies the values of agency.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS (business/marketing related courses).
  • Alcohol and Beverage Industry Experience. 
  • Industry Though leadership (seminars, etc).
  • Industry Awards.
  • 10+ years agency experience.
  • Proficient in Keynote.
