  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Agency internship in account management/client service highly desired
  • Comfortable building relationships and working directly with clients
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage timelines
  • Ability to be highly flexible – do what it takes to get the job done
