Responsibilities

This is terrific opportunity to continue to grow your advertising agency career! On the PepsiCo Brands business we help to drive national planning and promotional activation across the tea, coffee and soda channels. This position spends an even amount of time split on big name brands like Lipton, Pure Leaf, Starbucks and Pepsi. We are responsible for the planning and execution of beverage programs at retail and in foodservice. Much of what we do is tied to strategic partnerships and properties like the NFL, MLB, music and entertainment.

 

This role will be:

  • Client facing, will build and own client relationships
  • A true partner to our internal cross-functional teams, especially creative and studio
  • An extension of our project management team, gaining a deep understanding of our internal project management system and process
  • Manage tight deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities at once
  • Partner with more junior team member to own certain briefs and guide them through the steps

  • Day to day work includes brainstorming, creative briefings, client presentations, photo shoots, digital executions and media executions

Qualifications

Candidates that are a perfect addition to this team will possess:

  • 2 years of agency experience
  • stellar organizational skills, approach projects and assignments proactively, and will be a written/verbal communication rock star
  • Be comfortable becoming a business expert and channel owner

  • Level of comfort with collaborating internally, especially with creative

    teams, from client briefing through creative execution

  • Business, Marketing, Communications degree
