The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial support to clients, agency teams and leadership.

• Respond to information requests from clients and account teams.
• Provide financial support to client activities such as pricing work, tracking and reporting scope of work progress, tracking and reporting client spend, and various ad hoc support as needed.

Skills Required:

Excel Expert:

• Pivot tables
• Complex formulas
• Establish and maintain processes to ensure integrity of data throughout hectic workstreams with multiple revisions.
• Establish and maintain processes to check work for accuracy and reasonableness.

 Strong Project Execution Capabilities:

• Must be able to execute significant and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage and schedule communication/information requests from TracyLocke offices.
• Will work via email, Teams and phone with TracyLocke offices.

Strong Communication Skills:

• Must communicate clearly and be readily available to financial and non-financial teams and clients to achieve goals and deliver work as required.

 Strong Analytical Skills:

• Must have significant skills (demonstrated with prior experience) in business/financial problem solving.
• Quickly and correctly identify the question or problem.
• Identify information needed to solve the question or problem.
• Accumulate such information from varied sources.
• Compile and summarize the information into a coherent analysis that accurately and completely address the questions/problems.
• Must be able to generate well laid out, thoughtful and communicative analyses.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least four years of experience in an accounting/finance position.
