    We seek an HR Manager to join our Chicago office! 


    Do you have HR Associate, Generalist or Manager experience? Are you able to think proactively, problem solve quickly and simultaneously work with numerous individuals/teams?


    The HR Manager will:

    • Understand and apply employment and payroll laws, including staying up to speed on Chicago specific details
    • Partner with HR team members across the organization in Irving, TX, and Wilton, CT, offices (incuding keeping data consistent within HRIS software)
    • Manage the agency talent assessment process and performance reviews
    • Serve as a sounding board for employee and/or management concerns
    • Work closely and build a relationship with office leads (managing partner, client services directors, etc.)

    The HR Manager must have a flexible work style to keep up with a fast-paced agency environment, and maintain confidentiality in an open office work space. 


    Prior HR experience required. HR experience in a creative agency or service organization preferred.


    • 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
    • 3-5+ years HR experience required
    • Experience in a creative agency or service organization preferred
