Manage Human Resources (HR) Digital Filing System
-Process status sheets (new hires, changes and terminations)
-Verify and enter information into HR and payroll systems,
-Strong HRIS systems experience – Employee Central / REACH a plus
-Keep digital files current
New Hire Processing
-Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Managers that all new hires complete the required paperwork before or on their first day
-Make sure all appropriate forms/copies of new hire paperwork are forwarded to payroll
-Make sure that all I-9 paperwork is completed and processed through E-verify
-Notify appropriate personnel of all new hires, terminations or changes weekly
-Collect missing paperwork/forms
Human Resources Duties:
-Research information on employees
-Generate reports for departments
-Pull files or paperwork on employees
-Provide assistance to HR team on various projects
Candidates should have 2 years relevant experience working in an office. Intermediate skills with word and excel is required. Strong knowledge of Excel is a plus. Confidentiality is required and maintained at all times. Should have a desire to work in human resources and have an aptitude working with numbers.
