    Responsibilities

    We have a new opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager in our Las Colinas/Irving office. This position will also require frequent visits to and workdays at the restaurant client location also in the North Dallas area.

    Our Senior CRM Manager will develop and perform deep customer analytics and data mining to support Customer Relationship Management (CRM), loyalty and other business needs. Create standard and ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and provide actionable insights. Respond with accuracy and urgency to target customers for marketing campaigns and solve business needs. The CRM Manager will identify customer trends and needs, understand how to differentiate our customers, present recommendations in a concise and client friendly manner and partner with account service and strategy/planning teams to develop new ways of engaging customers.

    • Provide internal business partners with accurate and actionable customer insights and dashboards that enhances and guides effective decision making
    • Manage and execute the process of design and delivery of marketing projects for CRM, Loyalty, digital, email and direct marketing campaigns
    • Develop customer segment-based metrics, goals and measurement as for customer lifecycle marketing programs
    • Design and conduct testing recommendation to measure impact of CRM and marketing programs
    • Create and manage standard post-campaign analysis reports/insights, custom store level reports and dashboards
    • Measure and report on business productivity measures, including customer file growth by segment, acquisition rates for new customers, and retention rates
    • Identify opportunities to automate analytics to streamline the process and delivery of analytics, insights and/or model scores. Identify opportunities to improve analytical approaches and tools
    • Perform ad-hoc customer analytics to answer business questions and produce data-driven stories that reveal key insights into consumer behavior
    • Support the marketing team by generating CRM campaigns (e.g. segmentation, lists, etc) and post campaign analysis in support of various marketing and other CRM initiatives.
    • Work with the marketing team to design and implement CRM tests and control group strategies (campaign and seasonal). Provide ongoing reporting and insights
    • Subject matter expert in CRM and CPG channel/retail – ability to identify and leverage best practices
    • Partner with peer analysts at client partner agencies to provide seamless business monitoring

    The ideal person for this role must be flexible and tech savvy, with great organizational and communication skills.

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred.

     

    Five or more years of analytics experience required. CRM experience required (email, direct, SMS/MMS).  Quick-serve Restaurant (QSR/Fast Casual) Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.

    Experience with a broad range of consultative analytical techniques and concepts required.  First Party Data and CRM Data Source experience is required.

    Software & Data source experience desired but not required: Tableau, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office | Bonus Skills: VBA, Python.  Required Skill:  SQL
