    Responsibilities

    We seek a passionate, innovative and forward thinking Print Production Manager to join our team in Dallas (Please note: This office is moving to Las Colinas in Fall 2018).

     

    This individual must be motivated, driven, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.  Resourcefulness and commitment also required. The right individual will also be highly collaborative with account management, digital/interactive, and our creative team.

     

    The primary responsibility is to choose the best strategy to bring the creative vision to life for a variety of agency projects, including print, digtial and experiential touch points. They will also work with account management and our creative team to advance and manage executions of all assigned projects.

     

    In depth knowledge of industry print vendors and capabilities are needed to determine the best path. The producer is responsible for estimating, project planning, scheduling, purchasing, quality and cost control, shipping, invoicing and image and sample archiving.  Additionally, they must be resourceful in finding innovative ways to produce materials based on budget, time and expectation parameters and restraints. Thus, keeping up with the latest technology in this industry is also a primary objective. Understanding of structural design is a plus.

    Qualifications

    Qualified candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors’ degree in advertising or related field. Must have experience in print production, including concepting and budgeting. Digital displays/activations, event, and experiential concepting is a plus. Must possess the ability to multi-task and be solution oriented in problem solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
