    Responsibilities

    The Shopper Media Director will interface heavily with Brand Teams, Marketing Operations, Field Shopper Marketing, Promotions, couponing, e-Commerce, CRM and partner agencies.

    Other responsibilities will include:

    • Partner with shopper teams to understand retailer growth objectives, strategies, and consumer behaviors. 
    • Determine and apply media best practices and establish guidelines for shopper marketing, especially as it relates to changing/driving shopper behaviors in the marketplace.
    • Collaborate with partner agencies to develop experience plans inclusive of measurement plan/success critieria. 
    • Develop POV on retailer media and e-commerce platforms, with process and best practices in place for brands to leaverage.
    • Occasional travel will be required.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:

    • 10-12 years of Integrated marketing experience within the shopper marketing/shopper media space. 
    • Ability to to create and implement-cross channel plans across traditional, digital/search, CRM/PR/Experiential, and Shopper/eComm touchpoints.
    • Demonstrated leadership in motivating and mentoring a team, while maintaining a hands on approach.
    • Belief and commitment to the power of ideas, the creative process, and the ability to disern which will lead to a breakthrough presence in market and behavioral change.
