We are currently seeking a Jr Copywriter for our Wilton, Connecticut office. Someone who loves words and knows how to use them. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated and able to work well on his/her own, but also play nice with others. We’re big into collaboration here.
You worked hard in school and have a four-year degree in English or Communications (or have completed the copywriting track in a portfolio school) to show for it. You also have a year or two of experience working as a copywriter in an agency setting. If you identify as being somewhat weird or slightly off-kilter, we definitely want to hear from you. We’re an agency with a knack for surprising clients with ideas that do the same for their consumers, ultimately moving products off the shelf. The writer we seek needs to be able to move people in a skillful and compelling way every day, and do it well. Specifically, you can deliver ideas that will be executed on a national level. Actively participate in concept development sessions. Take complete ownership of a project and create copy that solves clients’ strategic goals. Embody the values of the agency. And do it all with a smile.
