    WE ARE BRAND EXPERIENCE DESIGNERS

We believe in the power of design thinking. It’s one of the many reasons why every brand experience we craft reshapes the way people behave by giving them more reasons to connect and fall in love with brands and products. At TracyLocke, nothing we do is by default. Everything We Do Is Buy Design.

    Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced art director / designer for our Chicago IL office. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated and able to work well on his/her own, but also play well with others. We’re big into collaboration here, and you should be, too.

This is NOT an entry level position. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an art director in an agency setting with retail marketing and CPG experience.

Please be sure to include a link to your portfolio or work samples on your resume.

    Qualifications

You worked hard in school and have a four-year degree in Graphic Design or equivalent (or have completed the art direction track in a portfolio school). You also have two plus years of experience working as an art director in an agency setting.

We’re an agency with a knack for surprising clients with ideas that do the same for their consumers, ultimately moving products off the shelf. Specifically, you can deliver ideas that will be executed on a national level. You will actively participate in concept development sessions and take complete ownership of a project and create visuals that delivers against the clients’ strategic goals. And do it all with a smile.

Sound like you? Then stop what you’re doing and send us your resume, as well as a link to your portfolio and your salary requirement. We can’t wait to hear from you.
