    Responsibilities

    An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Creative Director to join a young, multi-award winning global agency.

     

    You will have a proven track in leading creative teams to deliver pioneering ideas for big brands. You will be a champion for our creative product, drive the creative vision through the agency and help us grow. You will be hungry to lead your own department of original, lateral thinkers and will be responsible for ensuring creative excellence throughout the agency.

     

    You will be a leader with positive problem-solving skills, someone who thrives in driving the agency forward, inspiring and motivating the team. 

    Building a strong creative culture, with a passion for producing innovative award-winning work. 

    You will lead from the front making sure everyone strives to deliver the best possible work at all times. 

    Work that works, campaigns that meet the objectives of our clients whilst having your finger on the pulse and being aware of new ideas and ways of thinking. 

    Pitching ideas in exciting and interesting ways; amazing clients and the agency alike.

    Qualifications

    • A born leader with at least 10+ years’ experience with strong background in Shopper, Brand Experience and Social
    • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the bridge between a marketing strategy and a creative concept
    • Adept at passionately selling creative concepts/designs/copy to clients and key stakeholders in order to achieve the most effective presentations.
    • Able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the creative and production process and it’s place within the marketing industry
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial with a relentless ambition to grow a business
