Responsibilities

We're growing! TracyLocke seeks a recruiting coordinator to spend time on talent acquisition efforts across all of our offices. This position will likely be based in New York City (Midtown).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain databases of candidates – internal and external
  • Source potential candidates for open positions globally
  • Assist in proactive recruitment
  • Track all open positions, candidates per position, hiring status, time to fill and other details
  • Assists with calendar management and handles other administrative activities as needed including travel arrangement and expense reports
  • Initial outreach to candidates by phone and/or Skype
  • Scheduling of interviews and meetings
  • Creates a data management system for mobility
  • Attend recruitment events and University visits
  • Prepare all recruitment reports for management meetings
  • Manage job postings and candidate workflow through ATS
  • Maintaining social media for talent recruitment

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Full knowledge of PC and Mac programs, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Keynote
  • Database experience
  • 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience
