Responsibilities

Do you have experience in administrative support, HR, recruiting and operations? Are you comfortable handling front desk, administrative and other operations duties? Are you a whiz at calendar management and domestic and international travel planning for busy senior leadership? Do you have solid Mac skills and are proficient in Keynote?

 

Are you proactive and detail orientated and able to work quickly with minimal supervision?

 

We seek an Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator to support our Chicago office. This position will be responsible for managing visitors and deliveries to the office as well as placing office catering and office supply orders. This position also supports new hire onboarding initiatives, assists senior team members with travel and expense reports, and assists in office event planning and coordination.

Qualifications

This is not an entry level job.

  • 3+ years of work experience required.
  • Administrative, HR and operations experience desired.
  • Agency experience a big plus.
