An Associate Creative Director on the HP team has great deal of responsibility. Agency experience is required and management experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience at an ad agenciy and have graduated from an ad school program. However, great work, insightful thinking, ability to lead and inspire, and conceptual and copywriting talent are the most sought-after qualities.
